Our factory is based in Pickering North Yorkshire, and here all of our stoves are designed, manufactured, assembled & packaged using British materials. We handle every step of the process ourselves from the start to the finished product, giving us control over the quality & design of our stoves. We pride ourselves on sourcing our materials as locally as possible & supporting other local businesses.
Our stoves start as sheets of British steel that are cut out using a laser cutter and then bent into shape using a C.N.C Precision press. The metal shapes are then joined together by a robotic welder to ensure extremely accurate joints. The main body’s of the stove are finished by hand by our skilled staff, some of which have been with us for over 25 years. The stoves are then shot blasted and painted before their final assembly. Our stoves are carefully packaged so that they remain safe in transport and ready for our customers. We make our own pallets for this and create packaging out of shredded cardboard to reduce waste and reuse materials.
